Rick Ladina received the 2006 Central Ohio Builders’ Exchange Craftsmanship Award for the painstaking restoration of the Heritage Park log house in Groveport, Ohio, dating back to 1815 – 1825. The project involved restoration of both the deteriorated wood and the chinking and daubing between the logs to the exacting standards of the Secretary of the Interior.
