Grosse Pointe Estate Manor

This Grosse Pointe estate manor fronting Lake Michigan was completed in 2010. We installed a reclaimed multi-color, multi-thickness, graduated-length slate to give the building an appearance of being an original 1920's structure rather than a new build. The project also included numerous copper roofs, and an over-sized, heavy-duty, custom-made quarter round gutter to withstand Michigan winters.
