The Keller Residence
Upper Arlington, Ohio

The exterior of this house was completely transformed by adding a second floor and a turret. The existing asphalt shingle roof was replaced with a reclaimed Virginia Buckingham roof. The walls were clad with a Ludowici shingle tile and the ridges were finished with a red clay tile. The turret was slated in a European method and finished with a custom made copper finial. All the structural and inside finish work was completed by our sister company, The Durable Restoration Company.
