The primary concern of the first phase of restoration of the Frank Lloyd Wright Westcott House was to immediately handle the biggest threats to the integrity of the structure. This phase was limited to selective demolition of subsequent alterations, correction of the most severe structural integrity issue, and installation of a sound roof to prevent further damage by the elements.
