Location: Baltimore, MD

Founded in 1867 and occupying 135 acres within Baltimore's Druid Hill Park, The Maryland Zoo (formerly The Baltimore Zoo) is home to 130 different species of birds, mammals, amphibians, and reptiles spread throughout four main areas: Penguin Coast, Polar Bear Watch, Maryland Wilderness, and African Journey, where the Elephant House is located.

For this project, The Durable Slate Company is matching and installing the original copper gutter, downspout and accessories, as well as a clay tile pick up and relay along the perimeter of the eave and on all hips and ridges, concluding with any necessary clay-tile repairs.

More than a roof. It's a legacy.
