What was once the Fannie May Head Quarters, City Ridge is being transformed into a new urban village, replete with restaurants, grocers, and shady historic trees. An immense undertaking, to be sure, but well worth the effort.

The Durable Slate Company has been contracted to install new flashing and reclaimed slate on four newly built dormers, as well as install new apron flashing for each of the original dormers.

We are also responsible for installing roof "scaffold" below the remaining dormers and overhead protection for the workers below.

More than a roof. It's a legacy.
