Location: Harlem, New York

Located in the historic district of Harlem, New York City, Ephesus Seventh-Day Adventist Church was constructed between 1885 and 1887. A 1969 fire would destroy the interior and all but three stained glass windows, as well as immense structural damage to their slender steeple. Repairs were completed by 1978 and the congregation was able to return. After lightning damaged the truncated steeple spire in 2006, The Durable Slate Company was contracted to replace the damaged spire with a precise, lead coated copper replica.

More than a roof. It's a Legacy.
