Location: New Orleans, Louisiana

This house was built by Architect Emile Weil for Emmanuel Benjamin in 1900.  It was later acquired by J. Edgar Monroe, owner of the famed Rosecliff mansion of Newport, RI - one of the Gilded mansions.  This house later became known as the Benjamin-Monroe house.

We removed the shingle roof and restored the roof back to its original grandeur.  New Vermont Semi-Weathering Gray Green slate was installed with all new copper box gutters, flashings, and dormers.

More than a roof. It's a legacy.
